Position Description
As a System Leader you will work closely together with your colleagues in an open-minded and creative environment. You will have a key role during pre-study and concept development of new features and architectural changes to the electrical system. You will have the responsibility to develop and propose technical solutions and to get these anchored in the organization. You will be responsible for analysis, specification and management of system requirements as well as proposing allocation of new functionality during early phases of development. You will be required to understand how the Electrical & Electronic system is used in our products and how it enables the functionality of the vehicles.
Depending on personal skills, experience and interest there are also possibilities to participate in advanced engineering work and influence our way of working.

Who are you?
We are looking for experienced engineers who are structured, thorough and have an open minded and positive attitude. In order to be successful you need to have a passion to drive and resolve technical issues.
Qualifications
• MSc electrical engineering, computer science or similar
• Knowledge of system development of embedded real-time systems or embedded software and HW development
• Knowledge of model based development
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
You will need to understand and analyse information from multiple sources and present and communicate a solution to internal and external stakeholders. You should know how to create an overview of the system and highlight the important details and recommendations. This also requires you to have a business and customer oriented mindset.
