Position Description The department, Project System Engineering, is responsible for concept development for the electrical and electronics architecture as well as configuration management for the E&EE department. We are a competent team of employees and consultants located in Gothenburg with a broad experience from system development and configuration management. The development work is done in an international environment together with colleagues from around the world.
As a system integration leader you will have a central role within the E&EE development and have an important task to ensure high quality deliveries of the EE platforms from the global organization. You will be working with integration planning in the early phases of projects and then in later phases perform integration and release of the planned EE platforms. As part of this work you will be responsible for formal acceptance of deliveries from software and hardware component owners as well as being responsible for leading meetings to plan, create and release the EE platform.
You will be working with releasing the platform in the tools and systems as defined in current processes and methods. As system integration leader you will be responsible to maintain and develop the necessary processes and methods within your area as well as quality assurance on EE system level.

Qualifications
MSc electrical engineering, computer science or similar
Experience from integration or testing of embedded realtime systems
Good general understanding of embedded realtime systems
Good understanding of embedded software and hardware development
Structured, analytical, communicative and flexible
Sense of responsibility and ability to drive and take initiatives
Business and customer oriented with the ability to support others
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Experience from working as release manager, configuration manager or working with integration planning of embedded systems is meriting
Experience from the automotive industry is meriting
The position will include occasional travelling within our global organization.
