We are now seeking for both Junior and Senior System Engineers that want to start the their Veoneer journey and be part of expansive area in automotive and Active Safety.
What You 'll Do
You will strengthen our Engineering organization within product area Active Safety Integration where you will develop customer solutions together with colleagues from different countries. You will be part of one of our cross-functional teams in various customer projects and work closely with people from various areas such as system, software, hardware, test and architecture, to build a state-of-the-art product that saves lives.
You main focus will be within the field of system engineering and you will contribute in all development steps, as from analyzing and defining requirements, system design, implementation and test and verification, with focus on functional safety.

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have both interest and experience in:
• Requirement engineering
• System design and architecture of embedded systems
• Global standards within Systems Engineering and/or Functional Safety
• System thinking and a mindset to keep a holistic view of the product
• Agile methodologies, and working in scrum teams
• You are fluent in English and Swedish.
Meritorious:
• Experience from automotive industry and work with safety-critical systems
• Experience of risk assessment methods such as Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis (FTA)
Education
• A Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent
