YOU WILL
At our Malmö office we design and develop connected products for the Festina group. As our System Engineer you will have a central function and make sure that various customer needs are met in the best possible way. That means your responsibilities will be to define how to convert the customer needs to requirements and solutions. In close collaboration with our PM, UX, QA, FW and app teams, you develop products with exceptional user experience.
Your tasks will be of variety and with a wide range and you will be involved in the entire development process; technical pre-studies, requirements management, concept development and design to mass production. Further you will:
• Develop and optimize low current consumption microcontroller electronic platforms/products
• Ensure compliance with requirements specification in all parts that are designed and developed
• Refining existing products but also by developing completely new features and products.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies.
WHO YOU ARE TODAY

We expect you to have an academic degree in Electrical engineering or a related technical field. You have several years' experience from Electrical design and development where you have been involved in the product development process, from brain-storming concept to manufacturability of finished product. Experience with Bluetooth connected consumer products or integration of displays and touch support in embedded devices are highly meritorious.
To succeed in this role, you have an inquiring mind and love a technical challenge. You care about the details and know what 's required to deliver best in class products. You are curious and driven to take your own and Festina groups development to the next level.
