We are now looking for a System Engineer to Soft Product organization. The Soft Product portfolio includes global responsibility for all activities related to Soft Product and onboard telematics development for all VCE products.

Responsibilities for this position are ranging from establishing and maintaining the System Engineer approach for the department to leading development projects within the portfolio. Communication skills are highly required as the portfolio covers all Product Platforms and all Technology Platforms.

Core Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the System Engineering approach for Soft Products and Telematics
Functional Project Leader responsibility for Soft Projects
Drive initiatives for Technology push for Soft Product and Telematics
Communicate and negotiate with all Product Platforms and all Technology Platforms

Required Competencies:
Communication skills are highly required
Systems engineering skills
Electrical/Software/Embedded systems development experience
Fluent English skills in writing and verbal
Drive to improve
Energy and passion

Minimum Years of Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years of experience from Electrical/Software/Embedded systems development

Minimum Education Required:
B. Sc. Engineering or related field (Masters or PhD preferred)
Formal training in Systems Engineering (preferred INCOSE training)
