hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos GPV Sweden AB i Västerås We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Engineer / MES Key User to join our Product Engineering team. As a System Engineer / MES Key User, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and developing MES/MES Tools in production based on customer and production requirements. Your role will involve providing a system for data collection, productivity, and quality assurance, as well as optimizing production processes to meet customer requirements and improve efficiency in the production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement MES in Performance Center according to GPV standards.
Maintain MES database, including updating and cleaning of the database.
Support MES tool development, define new requirements, and test and implement updates.
Train MES key users.
Prepare and maintain documentation for the MES system.
Administer MES interfaces for equipment and support equipment integration into MES.
Develop and maintain MES reports per department requirements.
Implement specialty customer requirements for traceability.
Support RMA and generate traceability reports and flows setup.
Support Loftware and labelling process from MES according to requirements.
Provide production support for exceptions resolving, such as BOM modifications, Shop Order and Items modifications.
Collect feedback from production/process/product/test/quality engineering teams and report to Applications manager for future development.
In addition to the MES Key User responsibilities, this role will also include process ownership of the labelling process. This will involve developing and securing the methodology of labels and labelling, leading improvement and development projects within the labelling process, leading investment activities connected to labelling, taking the lead of labelling in different NPI projects, and educating the organization around new processes and products.
Working Together: You will collaborate closely with the Process Engineering team, Test Engineering team, Product Engineering team, Quality, Manufacturing Services, Master Data Management team, and other GPV functions based on specific needs.

Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in informatics, or high school diploma with a focus on informatics and programming.
Advanced English language skills.
Network administration skills (OS MS Windows - administrator level, MS SQL Database - administrator, MS Office - administrator level, OS Novel - administrator level, basics of programming / scripting Java).
Minimum 3 years of experience with administration of servers / database systems.
Knowledge of printing labels (Loftware / Codesoft/Bartender).
Project management skills - managing the implementation of new information systems into production.
Education in electronics or equivalent experience.
