Description
As a System Engineer (SE) you are working with the development of components and systems within Front & Rear Seat team.
You will develop requirements, concepts and system solutions and you will drive the work towards suppliers according to requirements.
Tasks
As system engineer you need be interested about technical solution and innovations.
You also expect to have a good skill to Lead and coordinate Seat engineering issues, toward cross functional teams, such:
- Vehicle integration & Design.
- Purchasing & SQM.
- Safety & CAE.
- Drive, develop and finalize development of engineering solutions to meet project requirements.
- Establish necessary engineering documents as input to supplier sourcing.
- Define, plan and monitor system development, testing and validation.
- Support pre-serial vehicle builds.
- Align solution of conceptual issues with System Manager.
Qualifications
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in mechanical engineer or similar.
Relevant experience from development of components and systems within the automotive area.
- Experience within Front and rear Seat development
- Knowledge about application of technologies in Seat-projects
- Knowledge about trends and applicability of new technologies
- Detailed knowledge about planning and Product Development Systems
- Experience of working with Team Center
