DENSO SALES SWEDEN AB has its own test facility to perform development and evaluation for Engine Management and Navigation Systems.
In cooperation with Kelly Services DENSO SALES SWEDEN AB is now looking for a System Engineer for Diesel Engine Management
Job description:
Your job as a diesel system engineer will include providing support on ongoing as well as new and upcoming projects within the area of engine management system. You will have daily contact with our customers as well as our headquarters in Japan. Your assignment will mainly be to:
• Coordinate and plan each development job together with the customer, working in collaboration with both engineers located in our headquarters in Japan and local engineers responsible for the design of software& hardware.
• Conduct the analysis of the customer?s requirement and to formulate the specification.
• Ensure design control- and to monitor- algorithms to fulfill requirements.
• To simulate, calibrate and validate the functionality for mass production.
• To report development results both internally and externally at each stage or project.
You can expect to make a couple of business trips every year with our customers for evaluation of functionality or to other DENSO Group companies. Business trips are mainly to Southern Europe but may also include the U.S. and Japan.
Skills and requirements:
You will be expected to have a Master of Science or Bachelor degree in Mechanics, Electronics or Computer science. You will also have an interest and / or basic knowledge of combustion engines and control theory. Knowledge of model making and simulation using tools like Matlab & Simulink is desirable.
You will need to be fluent in both English and Swedish (in writing and orally) and you also need to have a valid driving license.
