We currently have the following job opening;
System Engineer Carpets/NVH - Interior Trim lower rear
As a System engineer you are working with the development of components and systems within the Carpets/NVH team in the Interior trim area. You will develop requirements, concepts and system solutions and you will drive the work towards suppliers according to requirements. You will support in delivering the system in time to right cost and Quality.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Supporting the release process for CAD data within the E- and M-BOM structures.
- Responsible for project reporting systems such as part planning/ system description
- Responsible for the issue tracker and PCR creation with in the team.
- Support delivery of engineering inputs to Design team in line with requirements
- Support product definition towards attributes and other stakeholders in line with product and process requirements
- Support ESOW and TO creation.
Requirements
- BSc. or M.Sc. in mechanical engineering or similar.
- Min 3 years of experience from development of components and systems within the automotive area and interior trims and panels.
- Working experience within global organization at car makers or global car maker supplier.
- High knowledge of manufacturing processes for the specific system areas
- Several years of product development experience towards production, test and assembly facilities.
- Experience of working with PLM systems, preferable Teamcenter
- Team oriented
- Ability to work and communicate within project team as well as cross functional teams.
- Ability to drive work towards suppliers and other stakeholders within CEV
