We are now hiring a System Engineer within Electromobility and a System Engineer within Engine Management System and we would love you to join our team. Independently of which role you might be interested in we can promise you one thing. At Volvo Penta you can truly can make a difference.
Who are we?
We, your 21 future colleagues, at Volvo Penta Powertrain Electronics in Gothenburg are responsible for developing engine management system for diesel engines, but also electrical and hybrid driveline system used both in marine and industrial applications. Even though we represent different roles such as project leaders, system engineers, cable harness designers and test engineers, we see the important of close cooperation and teamwork. Our team is participating in all stages of the product cycle - new development projects, product maintenance, quality issues and advanced engineering projects. This means that you as a system engineer will face a wide variety of challenging and interesting tasks.

Who are you?
You love challenges and have a passion for embedded control systems. Our trademark at Volvo Penta is innovation and as we are always looking for fresh ideas, which means that, your attitude and mind-set will be a key asset for us.
You have a Master Degree within Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation or Computer science
You should be able to communicate in both English and Swedish
Have a valid driver license
Experience from working with automotive distributed control systems and engine management system are meritorious
