hela Sverige As the Senior System Engineer you will work in projects to develop and construct
the electrical distribution system in different car models with regards to the
electrical functionality.
Your main responsibilities/tasks:
• Develop platform architecture
• Develop EDS topology considering cost, weight & quality
• Define power /ground requirement & feature allocation
• Analyze benchmark data (System design analysis & evaluation of vehicle content)
• Interact with advanced engineering, electronic, T&C and plant teams
• Communication with our customer
• Responsible to deploy and make the Objectives for the system & architecture
design team to be fulfilled.
• Develop and maintain systems processes and tools
• Develop CAE and eliminate manual checks
• Create and maintain electrical schematics using ECAD tool
• Ensure that the company's best practices are followed
• Perform System Design Reviews with x-functional Lear and Customer teams
• Participate in Customer Project and Engineering meetings according project set up
• Lead system FMEA
You will ensure that your technical deliverables follow the overall program
timing. You will contact and collect design requirements, specifications and
recommendations from many different engineering departments such as Harness
Engineers and Component/Function owners.
Qualifications:
Long time experience within automotive industry OEMs' systems. You have good
knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc) and have fluent command of
English both spoken and written.
Our main office is located in Gothenburg and we also have offices at our customers
in the automotive industry. Your services involve frequent customer contacts
and much collaboration with Lear's global development office. Travels outside
of Sweden are required. As a person you are flexible and independent, gladly
initiative and not afraid of taking responsibility. You should feel well in a fastpaced
environment, high expectations and with a self-motivated project oriented
work. Good social skills and good interpersonal skills are essential. For the right
person there are good opportunities for development. Only candidates that fulfil
