Your mission
As a System Engineer, your mission is to design, develop, and adapt our systems with a focus on hardware, system architecture, and functionality. You will evaluate and propose alternative design solutions to optimize machine functions. This role involves defining both functional and design requirements, while demonstrating a deep understanding of how different design solutions and functional changes impact the machine's overall performance.
You will work primarily in a project-based environment, balancing new development initiatives, product maintenance, base development, and customer orders. This role will require you to interact across departments, such as service, purchasing, production and marketing, as well as with customers and suppliers from around the world.
Your profile
You have a university degree in a relevant area or equivalent engineering background, along with a few years of professional experience in system engineering or a related field. You have knowledge of software control systems and system architectures, and the ability to take ideas from initial concept to serial production by solving complex problems and refining systems. You enjoy combining theory with practical work, are detail-oriented, and focused on delivering high-quality results. Furthermore, you have strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy a collaborative, team-based environment. Since your work includes many local and global contacts, fluency in English (verbal and written) is required, and proficiency in Swedish is advantageous.
