Are you ready to revolutionize turf care? As a Senior System Engineer at Residential Robotics, Husqvarna AB in Huskvarna, you will be at the forefront of innovation, transforming the way we care for our lawns and gardens. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with various departments, acting as the vital "glue" within R&D and across other units within the company. Your expertise will support our projects with unparalleled technical and system engineering leadership.
You will lead technical investigations and drive cutting-edge technology projects. Engage in system design, encompassing electronics, software, mechanics, and digital solutions, analyze potential product functions and identify how they meet customer needs, followed by creating detailed design descriptions. You will bring together Architects, System Engineers, UX Designers, and Developers to turn innovative ideas into reality and play a central role in cross-discipline technical teams, focusing on specific technical tasks or solutions. Your contributions will directly influence the next generation of residential robotics, ensuring Husqvarna remains a leader in the industry.
You will work on-site in Huskvarna at least four days a week, fostering close-knit collaboration and hands-on problem-solving.
You will report directly to the Manager Systems Design, R&D Robotics

Responsibilities
Lead technical investigations and drive cutting-edge technology projects.
Engage in system design, encompassing: Electronics, Software Mechanics,

Ensure Husqvarna remains a leader in the industry
You will work on-site in Huskvarna at least four days a week and report directly to the Manager of Systems Design, R&D Robotics
Qualifications
We believe that you have:
M.Sc. degree in Engineering, alternatively, work experience that the employer deems equivalent.
Several years of working experience in the fields of embedded software and/or electronics design.
Proficient in verbal and written in Swedish and English
Experience of work in at least one of the technology areas:
ü Connectivity (e.g. Cellular, BLE, WiFi)
ü Navigation and Positioning (e.g. RTK/GNSS)
ü Perception (eg. Vision, Radar, Lidar)
It is meritorious if you have experience with autonomous systems, requirements management, systems modeling, platform and variance management and PLM in Teamcenter.
