Background:
Rapid control prototyping streamlines the development and testing of control strategies without manual coding. dSPACE offers software and hardware components for custom Rapid Control Prototyping (RCP) systems, suitable for various applications such as in-vehicle, laboratory, and test bench setups.
The dSPACE Bus Manager simplifies bus simulation configuration, automatically updating model interfaces as needed for testing Electronic Control Unit (ECU) functions. Integration of MATLAB/Simulink models into your test environment is straightforward, and ControlDesk assists in testing network communication for planned ECUs, identifying and resolving communication issues.
Expected Expertise:
1. Analyzing customer requirements for hardware-in-the-loop test benches
2. Developing, commissioning, and maintaining dSPACE (or equivalent) hardware-in-the-loop test benches
3. Integrating new control units into the HIL simulation environment (both hardware and software)
4. Creating, parameterizing, and validating real-time simulation models
5. Enhancing user interfaces on test benches
6. Implementing bus communication protocols like CAN, CAN-FD, and Automotive Ethernet
7. Providing technical support for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
