hela Sverige We are now looking for a System Engineer to our Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) team which is part of the UC Solutions department. The team consists of about 130 specialists in 30 locations around Sweden. Do you want to be a part of their journey?
This is the job:
Working as a System Engineer at Tele2 involves close contact with our customers and being the responsible engineer to them. You will work closely with customer and seller, to set up solutions and perform consulting assignments with customers in the EMM area. You are responsible for the construction, operation and maintenance of EMM systems to our customers and will provide support and assistance to their IT technicians.
Furthermore, you will be the main point of contact for our customers IT department in matters concerning EMM. Responsibilities includes:
Participate in projects in connection with the implementation of EMM systems.
Be a technical specialist in the EMM area in ongoing projects.
Run smaller projects on your own together with the customer.
Plan and estimate your own time for the various assignments together with the immediate manager and team members.
Assist customers with implementation, configuration, operation and ongoing support on delivered EMM products and services.
Assist Tele2's sales staff with technical expertise in connection with sales.
Give system support to customers IT department.
Verify the functionality of software components.
Troubleshoot software problems remotely and on-site with customer if required.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role you need to be curious and interested in further development in the Enterprise Mobile Management area. You need to be communicative, self-assured in yourself and yet be able to master the technology in a good way. Also, we believe you have the following skills:
You have experience of working with the product Mobileiron. You should also have good knowledge of Windows servers and basic knowledge of network architecture.
It is qualifying to have worked with other EMM products, such as Samsung Knox Manage, Snow, SOTI MobiControl, Snow Device Manager and DME.
If you also have experience in virtualized environments, Linux, API and App programming, this is another advantage.
You need to have a driving license for car.
You communicate freely in both Swedish and English, verbally and written.
