Are you a dedicated Engineer who likes challenges and have the right spirit? Would you like to develop future E-axles and transmissions?

We are looking for an experienced system engineer to join our journey, building the future in electric, hybrid and mechanical drivelines. You will be a part of our skilled transmission team, developing complete driveline systems from concept to serial production, including testing and controls.

AVL in Sweden has approximately 300 employees based in Haninge, Södertälje, Trollhättan and Gothenburg. As an engineer at AVL you will work with cutting edge technology in collaboration with experts in the global AVL team and our successful customers.

You will be working at our Tech center in Trollhättan or as Resident Engineer at customers in Sweden or elsewhere in the world.

Your Responsibilities: Technical lead Concept generation Feasibility and trade-off studies Requirement engineering Benchmark studies Design review Method development support Technical sales support
Your Profile: Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Documented technical experience within automotive driveline systems. Good motivator and team-builder. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Swedish. Driving license
