As a Test Leader you will be part of our Test and Verification team and be responsible for planning, developing and performing tests on control units and systems included in the conventional, hybrid and electrical drivetrain. We are an expanding and multi-cultural team with talents from all over the world, working together to shape tomorrows best test methods and test environments within powertrain. In this role you will be planning, coordinating and following up the test activities, to secure complete verification and validation of control units and systems in powertrain projects. You will also take part in developing and verifying test methods for powertrain systems together with the engineering teams. As English is our corporate language and this position might require regular travelling to China, you are fluent in English and are used to working with different nationalities and cultures.
To succeed in this role, you are a skilled test leader and have been working for a while with test development in the automotive industry. You have previous experience from software and system testing that can be utilized in this role. Key focus in your role
- Planning, coordinating and following up test activities.
- Developing and modifying test methods for powertrain systems.
Requirements
- Sc or M.Sc in Electrical Engineering, SW Engineering or equivalent.
- Previous experience from testing of vehicle systems, with emphasizes on software and system.
- Very good knowledge of vehicle electrical architecture.
- Knowledgeable within SPICE process evaluation methods and functional safety standard ISO 26262.
- Driver license B.
