Job description:
As system engineer you will be working with powertrain development for one of our customers within the automotive sector. You will be working with engine management, software development and vehicle validation. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating activities related to electrical architecture for vehicles, including embedded systems, core and complex drivers, HIL testing, injection and vehicle troubleshooting. You will also be working with algorithms for engine operation and implementation of CAN communication. You have an active role in the design & development process, including, definition of requirements, tech reviews and validation plan.
Your profile:
We think that you are a collaboration oriented and responsive person with a high level of service and a passionate interest in technology. You have a minimum of seven years' experience from powertrain development with proficient skills in Matlab, Simulink and INCA. Our customers and commitments put strong demands on your technical skills as well as your interpersonal skills. You are able act independently and take initiatives and have an excellent English language level, verbally and in writing. You should also be a good listener and have strong communication skills. You have an ease of understanding new data, you are used to seek information and are not afraid to handle contacts with customers and their suppliers.
Qualifications:
• B.Sc. Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years' experience of powertrain development
• Proficient skills in Matlab, Simulink and INCA.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
