Our Advisory Services team guides our customers to build safer and better products. As a System Engineer - AD/ADAS Perception (internally called Perception Engineer), you become part of a team that understands the automotive industry. We are specialized in the AD/ADAS domain, computer vision, system safety, and are the ones who can connect these aspects to build and validate perception systems for safe autonomous driving. The team advises our clients on how the objective of building safe autonomous vehicles transfers to perception system KPI requirements as well as annotation context, content, and quality.
At what level of detail does the ground-truth data need to be labeled to provide dependable system KPIs and proofs of safety? What requirements do not benefit safety or quality and can be removed? These are examples of topics that our team handles.
Our team of experts navigates the discussion with the client, and deliver expertise in a constructive manner that opens up for solutions. We strive to understand what really matters to our clients and guide them in the right direction, sometimes that includes to tell the inconvenient truth and challenge our clients' ideas.

We believe that you have a background in a relevant field of study (software/electrical/electronic engineering, computer science, or physics), preferably a master's.
Apart from that, you probably have experience within some of these areas:
• AD/ADAS radar/lidar, sensors/sensor data
• Computer vision or/and AD/ADAS perception systems
• AD/ADAS function/system development or validation is favorable
• Machine learning
• Functional safety (ISO26262)/ SOTIF is meritorious
• Client-facing roles
• Python and working in databases (SQL)
