For our Interior Business Area, we are looking for a qualified electronics engineer focusing interfacing to the customer. Your role will be to act as the connecting link between our customers throughout Europe our electronics- team in Mullsjö, our production plant in Poland and our PCBA suppliers. You will have experience in preparing and giving technical presentations and developing relationships with engineering departments at customers. Responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating customer requirements, the writing of technical documentation, writing and giving technical presentations, preparing block diagrams, producing PCBA cost estimations and preparing validation plans. You will have knowledge of electronics hardware design at component level and will be responsible for integration and optimisation of the electronics within the mechatronic system. You will be handling and prioritizing internal and external tasks within the field of electronics, as well as working proactively together with our production plant defining product quality and testing procedures. You will support our purchasing department working with our PCBA suppliers and define the PCBA test specifications. You will be responsible for new and existing projects, working in a team of 5 electronics engineers in Mullsjö.

We are looking for a college/university graduate in electronics or related areas. You must have at least 3-5 years experience from working in a similar role in an international environment. Previous experience from the automotive industry is a requirement, as well as being able to drive projects based on your ability to take a holistic approach. You have an excellent knowledge of English. You must be prepared to travel extensively, as the position entails customer, supplier and plant visits throughout Europe and occasionally globally.
