The Plant Solutions team within Tetra Pak Processing System has a responsibility for integration of system development and plant design. We offer the coordination between the platforms and a continuous development of technical solutions from a functional approach. The.knowledge is distributed globally via different networks to Sales, Process design and Automation.
This is a new position within Plant Solutions where you will have the opportunity to influence the role and the environment you are working in. With us, you will be working in a highly experienced team.
As System Development Leader you will carry out strategic important development projects to ensure structures and methods for the Sales & Engineering team. An important part of the role is to support Sales/Engineering and Project offices with knowledge transfer to ensure system solutions from an efficiency and qualitative perspective.
Main responsibilities
• Develop Systems Engineering related activities such as system modelling. Simulation, architecture and functionality.
• Understand and build the competence platform for Plant Requirement Specifications within Automation, Engineering & Technology
• Support Business transformation implementation activities
• Globally drive strategic development projects as project manager, Create charter and management plan, direct and manage project execution, monitor and control project work and close project
• Communicate the acquired skills together with the functional sales/engineering offices as specialist and part of the existing Plant Sales & Engineering network
Publiceringsdatum2011-09-01KvalifikationerYou have experience of running projects and using project management tools (planning, procedures and guidelines). We believe that you have a technical education, preferably at university level. It is an advantage if you have experience of systems engineering from process industry or a strong motivation to develop yourself within systems engineering. You have a good command of English, both spoken and written.
To be successful in this position you are a pro active, self-motivated person that can achieve results independently as well as in a team. You are an open and positive person who enjoys sharing your knowledge with others. You have good communications skills and an ability to inspire other. Furthermore, you prefer working in a structured way.
