Scania Fleet Management is responsible for the development of connected vehicles and services based on this platform. We develop services to Scania external customers as well as to our internal customers . Our system enables communication with Scania products worldwide, which is an important way towards being a service provider. We are now in a phase of expansion with several launches, greatly increasing the number of customers and many potential new services and is looking for another system development engineer to the group Test and Verification .
Your responsibilities
As a system development engineer you will contribute to an exciting journey in a technology-and service area that is becoming more important for Scania and our customers. We work with testing on a system level, which means testing of the whole chain from apps, web portals and databases through mobile communications to embedded systems in the vehicle. To be able to implement time-efficient system tests, we strive to automate as much as possible.
Your task will be to strengthen a team that develops framework for automated testing (.NET, C # and Ruby Watir), scripts for performance and load testing (SilkPerformer) and other types of testing tools that will facilitate our system testers.
Your profile
We are looking for a committed and curious person that has a focus on systems development and an interest of tests. You are creative and have a great desire to learn new technical solutions.
You have a master of science in engineering and have worked with systems development for some years.
You need to have experience with. NET , C #, and SQL. It is also an advantage with experience of automated tests (Ruby Watir), CAN data, load testing (SilkPerformer) and system testing (ISTQB certification).
