Do you want to be a part of Scania's in house developed Test Platform?
The group is part of the Testbed Development Section which supplies Scania R&D with world class Testing facilities.
There is an increased need for testing new Powertrain components due to the ongoing electrification journey. Therefore, we are currently transforming our existing Testbeds into the E-mobility era with new technology.
The position
Your main tasks will be to continue to develop our existing platform with new tools, simulation models and support for new products. You will also support test engineers as a part of the testing process. In addition, you will contribute regarding software in new testbed projects.
Your profile
We are looking for a person who can combine software development with the knowledge of the components in the Powertrain. You are a team player and you find it easy to collaborate within the group and with other parts of the company.
You have a college or university degree in engineering or have equivalent experience from previous positions.
You have the competence or the willingness to develop yourself in the following areas,
• PC based control system
• LabVIEW/GOOP/TwinCAT
• EtherCAT/CAN
• ASAM ODS/SQL database
You have the ability to see the big picture and be detail oriented at the same time.
You are fluent in Swedish or English.
