hela Sverige Our Business and Implementation-consultants works closely together with our customers to find new ways to generate business growth. We are now looking for a Location/GIS based systems Developer/Architect who is interested in driving change. You will participate in technical solutions and SW design in close co-operation with our customers.
Your key tasks will include designing, documenting, implementing and maintaining location/GIS based software solutions. You will act either as individual consultant at our customer premises or being part of solution deliveries from Tieto. You will also be involved in pre-sales support as architect and location/GIS expert.
To succeed in this role you have university degree or similar and a successful track record of consulting within the field of Location and GIS. You have knowledge and expertise in several of the following areas:
• Modern Javascript client-side development based on modern frameworks like AngularJS, Backbone.js or React
• Data base design, SQL-Server, experience from creating Feather class and publish as map services.
• Open-source Location development tools and frameworks, such as Geoserver and Openlayers, + PostGIS
• Best of breed GIS/Location software as ESRI ArcGIS (DOJO), FME, etc.
• Experience from usability (UX) with use of CSS.
We value skills and experiences from agile and lean methodologies and ways of working and Java and/or .net development experience are a big advantage (Pyton for ArcGIS and C#)
You communicate well in both Swedish and English.
