Role Description
Are you a skilled product developer with experience of agile methods and Scrum?
Volvo Car Retail Solutions (VCRS) are seeing an increased need for business intelligence (BI) within Volvo Cars and its retailers. We are therefore looking for a developer with knowledge in Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS and SSAS and preferably Power BI. Our Insight team focus on offerings around BI as well as data access and data warehouse solutions. Continuous integration and continuous delivery are also important parts of our increased focus at the R&D department.
As a System Developer and Scrum Master, you will act as a developer in the team, facilitate, plan and maintain retrospectives, sprint reviews and sprint planning sessions. You remove obstacles to ensure efficiency. Coaching and motivating improvement and creativity are also important parts of the role.

Who are you?
We believe that you have relevant work experience within BI, approximately around three years or more. Since communication and cooperation is a key success factor, it is important that you enjoy working as part of a team. You have a passionate interest in technology, easy to learn new things and are happy to share your knowledge with both customers and colleagues.
You master:
Microsoft SQL Server and its BI solution SSIS, SSAS and SSRS
Experience in data transformation, ETL and integration
Database administration such as T-sql, backups, user migration
Good knowledge in translating business wishes to BI
It is a plus if you are familiar with at least one of the following:
Microsoft Power BI
Oracle DB
