We are now looking for a System Developer within the area of Energy Systems. This includes mainly Energy system solutions (Power, battery back up systems, Solar hybrid solutions) for Radio base stations.
Your role will include development activities such as: requirement analysis, system design, vendors product solution analysis, hardware design, integration analysis, simulations and product documentation.
Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.
Responsibilities:
* You will drive strategic technical leadership
* You will drive and lead the system team
* Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling
* Develop, test and evaluate Energy System products
* Perform trouble shooting and customer support
* Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
* Develop competence in technical domain
* Technical vendor evaluation
* Support Customer units with roll-out and in-field operations
* Support strategic product management with market and customer needs
Key Qualifications:
* Broad technical competence in Radio and Site products, RBS (Radio Base Station)
* University degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
* Power Domain experience
* Product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
* Business understanding, experience of working with Ericsson customer units is valuable
* Working with people and networking included customer meetings
* Innovating, adapting and responding to change
* Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
* Planning and Organizing
* Excellent English skills
