Train the development teams in the use of Microsoft TFS tool chain and other related tools for .NET development and deployment
Develop and make publicly accessible reusable tool-specific basic templates and examples, e.g. Build Scripts and deployment scripts
Provide support and advise to the development teams in the tool-specific questions regarding build tool and associated tool support
Develop automation scripts for provisioning of new environments and associated tools support
Be involved in developing the architecture for build and release tool chain and surrounding tools which is centred around Microsoft TFS
Work to increase accessibility and usability of build and release tools for development teams (by driving for unnecessary barriers to accessibility and usability to be eliminated)
Participate in developing recommendations of how to work with build, release and other associated tools for software development and automated release management
Act as mentor to .NET development teams and help them to build their own DevOps competence
Mandatory Skills:
DevOps in the Windows and TFS environment
Windows Infrastructure Management and Administration
Background of Sysadmin and Software Development
• NET/C#, PowerShell, MS Release, MS test manager, MsTest, ,Azure, IIS, , MsSQL, Windows server, Active directory
Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server, Nuget, Octopus, Jenkins, Perforce, Puppet, Maven, Chef, Control-M, ITIL, ARS

Good experience in Lean and Agile software development
