The department Electric Propulsion Systems has the responsibility to lead the high voltage systems engineering for the subsystems Electric Drives, High Voltage Electrical Energy Storage, Power Conversion from High Voltage to 12V and Onboard Chargers.
As System Design you will be responsible to ensure, review and secure High voltage function implementation in running vehicle projects as well as form concepts, strategies & development plans to meet the overall system solutions.
Main responsibilities
• Ensure that a common solution is created together with the System Designers for the electrical subsystems that are part of realising the electrical function
• Be the interface between the Function Owner and the electrical system
• Lead and coordinate the work to plan and follow up the integration of the function realisation in close cooperation with all concerned during the projects, e.g. Function owners, System owners, Systems Designers
• Supply status for the realisation of the function in the subsystems and ECUs continuously in all phases of the projects
• Develop requirement for functions connected to the HV system
• Create, prepare and release the technical documentation
Required qualifications
• M.Sc.University degree within electronics, physics, mechatronics or equivalent working experience
• Driver license B
• Experience from working with suppliers is an asset
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Documented experience from product development is meritorious
