What 's in it for you?
You will belong to a great team within the Seat Function and Control team. We have the entire chain from idea to validation. We have SW developed by suppliers as well as in-house developed software. With us you will build the architecture and develop in-house SW from the beginning together with the team. Our teamwork is built out of trust! A trust in that we all do our best to help and coach each other in order to reach our goals. If you have competence SW development or modelling now is your chance to come and join us.
What you will do
You will get the opportunity to work in a truly cross functional and agile team. The team works mostly with our new platform and handles function realization, ECUs, SW from suppliers and in-house developed SW and verification. You will work closely with other teams as well as our suppliers. Together with your colleagues, you will comprehend all electrical seat functions as well as the way of working for in-house SW development for the team.
You and your skills

You are a fast learner with an analytical and solution-based mindset. Your technical competence and your interaction with different teams created a great atmosphere for innovative solutions.
You have a M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science or similar. Experience from SW product development within the automotive industry. Good knowledge of C++ or Simulink as well as AUTOSAR architecture and ISO26262. You are familiar with, and like, Agile Ways of Working. You need to be fluent in the English language, spoken and written.
