Your chance to have impact
We are looking for a System design engineer with a strong sense of functional safety and safety of the intended function. In this role, your main mission will be to together with your team deliver an innovative system solution involving both software and hardware components to ensure the safety of our customer solutions. As such, you will complement our team in delivering the overall system design, functional decomposition, sub-systems interface specification and corresponding safety requirements.
Your deliveries will consider the entire lifecycle of development with participation and/or leading concepts from early phases of the development cycle to customer deployment in order to secure competitive system solutions for the application needs. You will contribute to the development of technical roadmaps and system architecture and work closely to many other teams in V.A.S. All with the purpose of ensuring the capability of our product solution to prevent human harm.

To complement our team, we believe you have few years of experience in system design with a good grasp of different safety compliance standards such as the Machine directive - ISO13849 or ISO26262 and know how to develop and design systems accordingly. Your background might be broad, but we hope you bring a relevant university degree and professional experience with a good understanding of what it takes to design, implement and release safety critical features consisting of software and hardware components with strong formal requirement.
