What are we searching for?
We are looking for a System Coordinator that can take responsibility for our registration & scanning systems at Easyfairs Nordic and manage the different registration & scanning flows for our events. In this role you will work towards a future where proof registration & scanning soft- & hardware are in line with the group strategy.
Together with our Data & Intelligence colleagues you will make sure we gain as much data as possible and the best possible data from our registrations. And of course, make sure we are GDPR compliant in our registrations.
More about what you will do:
Create all registrations
Share information and best practice in the Nordic group (send out pre-reg etc.)
Training and support
Registration statistics
Onsite support (Create onsite registrations, different badges/registrations for exhibitors and visitors etc.)
Ticket Shop solutions
We believe that you have an academic degree in an IT-related field burning interest for systems and technology, and in combination with a service mindset we might end up as a perfect match! This position can based in either Stockholm and Gothenburg!
