Within Sandvik Tooling, Order To Delivery (OTD) is globally responsible for the complete information and physical flow of products from order entry until the parcel is delivered to the customer. This includes a number of IT solutions and three regional Distribution Centers around the world.

As a coordinator you will work in a system, which runs in an iSeries environment, mainly supporting the Sales Units' activities; ordering, invoicing, financial transactions, but also supporting business transactions for the Production units and Distribution Centers. Additionally, the system acts as the back end system for many various applications, mainly web interface systems.

The position as a coordinator gives a unique opportunity to participate in a variety of interesting areas, from Supply to Sales.

Key performance areas
• Responsible for the handling of user requirement for new functionality, including functional specification and acceptance testing.
• Responsible for identifying and prioritizing system maintenance and development.
• Lead projects and perform planning and follow up.
• Overall responsibility for the support process, including participation in supporting key users and the development of the support process.
• Participate in and/or support implementations.
• Perform business or strategic investigations relating to business processes used.
• Contribute to documentation and education activities.
• Contribute to overall co-ordination of IT-systems and processes.

Your qualifications

• Solid experience of IT Systems, in combination with an understanding of how business and IT interacts, is required.
• You should have experience and skills in working in projects.
• English is used in all types of communication and good skills in writing as well as speaking are required.
