The site just outside of Malmö is one of the largest plants in the Nordics where we develop, manufacture and sell paint and coatings. Over 50 million liters of paints are produced annually and about 500 employees are based at the site and works to meet our customers' demands for high quality products and services. At the site the two biggest employers are Akzo Nobel Industrial Coatings, where the focus is on paint, varnish and stain systems for wood and metal coatings. For wooden products like windows, doors, cabinets, floors and furniture for customers like IKEA, Montana, Kärscher and Tarkett. Akzo Nobel Decorative Coatings develops, produces and sells paint with a focus on innovation and sustainability to consumer and customers via the well-known brands Nordsjö, Sadolin, Hammerite and Cuprinol.

What will you do?
As s Sales Support Coordinator, you will work in a team of eight people, supporting our Nordic decorative paints business. The team is placed in Malmö and Kolbotn, and we strive to ensure the best service to our customers. You are an important coworker in the team, and you work in a productive and efficient way based on the current business plan, goals, strategies, and other guidelines.
Your main tasks are:
• Write and maintain bonus agreements for the customers
• Calculate Bonus payments
• Create credit notes for bonus pay-outs
• Support Sales/Account managers within the full sales process to optimally serve customer needs and to ensure compliance with law and regulations
• Provide a high customer service level by building and maintaining customer relationships (internal & external)
• Monthly sales reporting
The position is located at our site just outside Malmö, and you will report to the Nordic Sales Support Manager.
Who are you?
We are looking for a person who:
• Thrives in a role with great personal responsibility and broad contact areas. You highly value relationships and cooperation and enjoy working with other people.
• Has previous experience from working in coordinating roles with focus on customer support, preferably with experience from handling sales agreements.
• You need a good command of both Swedish and English.
• You are analytical and like to work with numbers.
• You are skilled in Microsoft Office and Excel. Advantage if you also have experience in SAP and Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• You have a passion for continuous improvement and take every opportunity to make processes easier to use.
• You have a high service level and always work with customers best interest in mind.
