Stena Line's Finance department has a crucial part in this journey as we continue to digitalise and automate our processes to provide effective and efficient support to our business activities. The utilisation of robotics and other technologies allows our co-workers to focus on value-adding activities rather than the monotone and repetitive. We are a centralised Finance function primarily based in Gothenburg and we handle the business administration for most of Stena Line's 40 legal entities.
You will be joining the Process & System Development team within the Finance department - a team of eight co-workers, each with their own areas of expertise. Together we maintain our finance systems and tools, the financial flows from our business systems and focus on the development of processes and controls.
What will you do?
You will be the Finance department expert on the processes and systems within our travel business including the B2C payment solutions we offer our customers across all our business activities. This means working closely together with Stena Line's Transformation team and our Payment Manager.
Some of your key responsibilities:
• Monitor, reconcile and analyse the financial flows from our travel systems and B2C payment platform
• Maintain the Stena Line merchant setup with payment providers and acquirers, and support our Payment Manager in developing our payment solution strategy
• Support the development of finance related functionality in our travel systems by representing the finance function
• Develop the processes related to our travel business cross-functionally within our finance department
Who are you?

The must-have's:
• Sc. in Business Administration and Economics or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience from a, preferably, international business
• Experience from, a genuine interest in and understanding of finance related systems and tools
• Experience from system integration
We think that you have worked as a financial controller and have found that what you're passionate about is analysing the process of producing the figures rather than analysing the figures themselves. If you have experience from working with B2C payment solutions this is highly meritorious.
To be successful in this position it is important to be able to influence and cooperate with different parts of the organisation. Therefore, we assume that you are fluent in English, written and spoken, and can communicate well in Swedish. You have no problem expressing yourself and you are a proficient user of Office365 and Excel in particular.
