Within Development & Engineering, the main role for the FACTS team (Financial Analysis, Competence, Tools and Support) is to provide cost information on solutions for Tetra Pak and competitors (other carton, plastic bottles, plastic pouches, etc) in order to support decision making for Product Management and Development & Engineering, on product strategy and specific development projects.
Within this team we are looking for a System Competitiveness Specialist, who will contribute to the activities managing Customer System Cost and Customer Operational Cost analysis, Packaging Material and Additional Material production cost simulations, Value Chain cost analysis and Financial business cases/Return Maps.
In this key position you will also:
• Regularly interact with Project and Product Managers, ensuring cost competitiveness is discussed and understood when taking critical decisions;
• Be a member of the Tetra Pak Customer System Cost/Value Chain Cost Network;
• Promote knowledge and understanding in Tetra Pak of production cost, customer system and operational cost and value chain cost, as well as main competitor systems key drivers;
• Contribute to developing, maintaining and improving analysis tools in order to respond to business requirements.

Kvalifikationer
The ability to establish networks and use informal authority to drive people and influence at all levels in the organisation is vital. Furthermore, analytical skills, service orientation, and accountability are highly valued in this position. You have good communication skills and you are used to meet deadlines under time pressure.
You have a University degree, preferably within Finance/Business Administration or in Engineering. You have at least 3 years of relevant experience on cost analysis and/or on the technical side (development projects, production) from an international company. You are familiar with MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. You are skilled in English, both written and spoken.
