We are looking for a Systems Architect to join our web analysis team where you will have a key role in designing and securing the system architecture and analyze business needs for technical improvement. You will be part of a team working closely together and close our business. You will have insight in how our customers are behaving on our site and will contribute to enhancements for our customers. Sales Online & Marketing is the part of H&M IT who develops and runs our online solutions. In example, we work with Digital Marketing, Payment Solutions and off course with our solutions and systems that enables Online Shopping our brands.

Your responsibilities
The job of an system architect at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Design, document and get support for the system architecture
• Analyze business needs and drive technical improvements
• Review functional, non-functional requirements, test cases and test coverage
• Estimate time for implementation of requirements specified on a high level
• Support and act as mentor for developers within the maintenance team and in collaborating teams, regarding implementation of data capture for web analysis
• Support and act as bouncing board regarding web analytics in general, Tealium IQ and Google Analytics/Adobe Analystics for the requirement analyst, tester, ASR, ISR, SR, web analysts and other interested parties within H&M IT
• Act and participate in incident and problem management within maintenance area
• Analyze trends within web analysis in general, Tealim IQ and Google Analytics/Adobe Analystics

• Working as a System Architect for a couple of years
• Experience from web analysis and web analytics (Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics)
• You are accurate and flexible
• You are self-driven and not afraid to seek knowledge on your own
• You have the ability to communicate about problems and solutions, both in Swedish and in English
• You enjoy working in team, but are also able to work independently within the framework of a project / management situation
