The company sells connections in fixed telephony, data communications, Internet, digital TV, IP telephony and mobile telephony to individuals and organizations. Telia is growing and is now looking for a System Architect/Release Manager to their Connected Home Team.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Connected Home Team today consists of 12 team members and is responsible for Telia 's routers, so-called residential gateways (RGW), and back-end systems (ACS) that are used to manage all routers in Telia 's network as well as routers in city networks. The routers enable internet access, VoIP and IPTV along with new exciting third-party applications.
Your responsibility will be to develop new functionalities using C and/or C++ and test your own code to ensure that the products are meeting the requirements given. In your role you will also be responsible for the releases of the team and decide which functionalities are going for production. The team is working using Scrum and you will work closely with the Product Manager, the Pipeline Leader and senior developers in a big organization with great possibilities and a huge number of costumers. They are now in the process of implementing Amazon Web Services (AWS) for their back end which you will be a part of. The team has flexible working hours and you will be able to plan your own schedule. Telia 's head office is located at Mall of Scandinavia in Solna where you will be working.

YOUR PROFILE
You have a master or bachelor within Computer Science, Embedded Systems or another similar education. In addition to this you have 2 years of experience in C and/or C++ development. It is a plus if you have worked with Rust before and have knowledge within RGW and the Home Network domain. For this position it is a requirement to be fluent in English and a merit if you are fluent in Swedish.

You are open minded, self-motivated and always want to develop further.
