The system architect (CAD/PLM Integration Specialist) shall be responsible for mapping the existing PLM system (Enovia) and other engineering related systems towards each other, including their procedures. Create a strategy, including setting up requirement, testing and deployment guidelines affecting the system architecture as well as security of the systems. Architect shall develop integration strategy for PLM and related tools in accordance to organizations framework. The strategies shall also be cost conscious and meet end users? needs. The processes are a part of the organizations Management System, based on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 15288. Furthermore, the architect will participate in Project Information Management Decision Forum for governance of new engineering SW system projects and advice according to the system architect roles and responsibility. Be able to network and gather correct and relevant information is crucial as well as supporting the development team in areas that are suitable.
Required competence
• PLM and other engineering tools project implementation experience, including experience in gathering requirements from business users.
• PLM and other Engineering tools system architecture experience.
• PLM development experience.
• PLM Domain Knowledge from regulated domains (e.g. Med Tech).
• Knowledge in Enovia V6 centrals and knowledge in TVC is also a plus.
• Preferable to have minimum 2 years of experience in Enovia V6 with total PLM experience of at least 6 years.
• Work with implementation projects, business requirements.
• Experience either as System Architect, Enterprise Architect or Head Architect is a must.
• Integration strategy and execution is desirable as well as work through an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB).
• Experience in research and development from both industry and academia is desirable.
• Familiarity with the discipline of systems engineering is desirable.
• Self-driven, social, good networking skills are important. Being solution oriented and pragmatic and understanding difference between musts and good to have is also crucial.
• Ability to efficiently and successfully manage simultaneous on-going tasks is desirable as well as thriving in a rapidly changing environment, as this is a green-field project.
Place of Assignment
Fulltime in-house assignment in Lund or at supplier site. Overtime and travelling may be required.
