Would you like to design and develop future systems for Buying Office at H&M?

We are looking for a System Architect with a focus on C#/.NET. Are you interested in Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, automated testing and large-scale agile development then this is the role for you!

As a System Architect you'll be part of a team that delivers core business functionality to the buying office organization at H&M. That includes several in-house developed applications running on a shared platform. Our systems are built using .NET and web technologies. The development work is done according to agile principles (SAFe - Scaled Agile Framwork) and in close cooperation between our business and the different areas of expertise within the team, - the system responsible, the requirement analyst, the other developers, the scrum master and the testers. We expect everyone to take responsibility, listen and learn from each other. Here you have the opportunity to work with modern technology with both front-end and back-end development.

Your responsibilities

The job of a Requirements Analyst at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.

Your to do-list includes:

• Responsibility for the overall architecture, technical design and solution for the system you are working with, which means defining architectural framework, design guidelines and design patterns
• Create solution proposals together with requirement analyst and the other developers, in line with business needs, that can be include working with Proof of Concepts and mock-ups
• Analyze and design of new features together with the other developers in the team
• Development of new features and refactoring of existing solution are done in alignment with architectural guidelines
• Which include implementation, code review, pair-programming, writing unit-tests and routines for deployment
• Code review, ensuring the quality of delivery
• Work strategically to ensure the architecture of delivery
• Manage integration changes and requests together with Integration Responsible at BO Plan
• Participate at the PI-meetings (Planning Increment meetings every 10th week), sprint planning meeting and sprint demo according to our agile development method - SAFe

Solid experience in systems development and web development in Microsoft environment:

• C# /.NET , SQL Server (more than 5 years of experience)
• Experience of working with web - single page application (1 -5 years of experience)
• Experience of working with Javascript, AngularJS, Typescript, CSS, HTML
• Experience of Dependency Injection.
• Experience Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
• Experience of automated tests
• Understanding of a modern version control system (example GIT)
• Understanding of SOLID design principles and Clean Code
• Enjoy a fast pace environment and are driven in your work
• Good communication skills in English and Swedish, both in speech and in writing
