ABOUT THE ROLE
As a member of the B2B Billing team under IT Core division, you will be working with the team's development and roadmap as well as ensuring reliable daily operations. As a system architect you will be working with several key systems that include billing, ERP and BI within B2B Billing that are crucial for the benefit of our customers and Tele2. Together with a team consisting of developers, product owners and application managers you will work on ensuring we fulfil our promise of unlocking unlimited possibilities and delivering game-changing and reliable services to society.
The systems you will be working with are ERP/BSS systems that mainly support the B2B Integrator Business which includes capabilities: Billing, Contract to Cash, Time reporting, Cost & price, Order, Delivery, Project, Product and SLA management. This also includes Trouble Ticketing/Order system for the B2B Integrator Business
You will also be working with data warehouse and data integrations systems that include the capabilities of internal reporting for B2B/Finance, export data/reports to customer, updates to production systems, follow up for Sales, Export data to ERP systems and Advanced Security. Finally this includes the system responsible for revenue allocation between B2B services and financial complience. Sounds interesting? Keep reading!
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ALSO INCLUDE
Working as a System Architect for our Billing, ERP and BI systems some of your responsibilities include:
System Architecture & implementation responsibility
Design, development and implementation of products or features
Continuously work on identifying and implementing improvements
Collaboration with external consultants and system providers
System stability, maintenance and proactive operations
Monitoring quality related statistics, logs, development etc.
Incident and Problem management
Support rest of organization in investigation and root-cause analysis
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
To be successful in this role, we think that you have:
Experience in ERP, Billing, BI and Finance
Experience in developing and implementing solutions connected to IT and Finance
Experience from working with .NET, C#, SQL server and Visma systems is an advantage.
Higher level education within IT/Finance alternatively have gained similar knowledge by working or by other means.
From your previous roles you are used to delivering with quality and understand the importance of reliable system operations. You are interested in learning complex systems, continuously improving yourself and the organization and to do so you are convinced the best way is by collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team. As a person you are open with good communication skills and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
