www.aditro.comOur HRM suite consists of applications for strategic HR, time & attendance, travel management, employee self service and a number of different payroll applications for the Nordic market. We are striving towards a homogenous technical platform with open interfaces based on standards. Our applications are implemented both as web- and client/server solutions and mainly built on Oracle- and SQL-server databases. Our main development platform is Microsoft .NET with C# and Visual Basic as main programming languages.
We are looking for a system architect to be responsible for the architecture of Personec hr, both when it comes to maintenance and further development of the application. In addition, there are high demands on maintaining integrations and other technical tasks for our HRM suite as well as taking a lead in security aspects. You will be participating in different development projects and act as technical support to our Application Leader who is responsible for the application content.
You have a university degree in Computer Science or similar and experience in Microsoft development platform. You will need to have good English skills since all documentation + also some communication is in English. You have experience of object oriented system development and relational databases. It is very positive if you have experience in working with security issues.
The candidate:
• must have expert knowledge in Personec hr, regarding the application business logic;
• should have experience in ASP.NET and C# development;
• should have experience in ASP development;
• should be familiar with COM;
• should be fluent in SQL for development purposes;
• should have experience in software architecture design;
The following skills and knowledge are considered as a plus:
• Microsoft Certification such as MCSD, MCAD or MCPD;
• experience with WCF or XML Web Services;
• have good knowledge and practical usage of design patterns;
• proficiency in Ajax technology, JavaScript and CSS;
• experience in code reviews.
• communication skills in English
