Working with the future at our part of R&D
At Complete Software & Electronics Integration (CSEi) we are integrating and testing the complete electrical system for new platforms and programs. We design rigs and are working with base technology integration, core systems application integration, software- and electronic domain integration all the way to complete software and electronics delivery striving to maximize the test-value. We work with test strategies, enable continuous integration, and operate the complete baseline.
The mission in our team of architects is to:
* Bring integration driven development and test into product creation to continuously demonstrate that we deliver the best electrical system in the automotive world.
* Secure a stable and robust electrical system for our new SW and electronics platforms.
Our department was established to take lead in the coming challenges with electronics test and integration on a complete level. The department is highly prioritized, and we are facing a new exciting stage.
To succeed in our mission, we are now looking for a senior system architect - that want to take part in guiding the organization in product release.
What you 'll do
As a system architect you will define a common technical and architectural vision and roadmap for the complete SW and electronics integration and connected frameworks. You will guide and align the organization in the right technical direction. You will guard and develop the architecture in meetings across R&D. You paint a compelling picture of the roadmap and framework that motivate others to action. You follow these in the organization to adopt and bring innovations and make sure they create business value.
Who are you and what do you need to know?
You have a passion and hands-on experience of embedded software systems, test and integration from large-scale software development organizations. You share your technical experience to coach, support and collaborate with others that motivates other to act, grow and to take accountability for the complete system solution. You take a systematic approach to visualization and handling of architectural technical debt. Always keeping the goal in mind that our Software-and electronics-architecture and processes should enable our business. You are communicational with networking skills and can use suitable value argumentations in dialogue with both product managers, stakeholders and when empowering the test and integration developer. You can build formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization. You have ability to make sense of high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems. You also have the ability to create new and better ways for the organization to be successful.
You Have:
* Experience from software architecture or technical leadership.
* Experience from working with test and integration preferably in large-scaled software developing organizations.
* Experience from guiding an organization through product release.
* Experience from working with embedded software in large-scaled software developing organizations.
* M.sc. In electrical and Software engineering of similar relevant experience.
Meritorious
* Knowledge and experience from integrating service-based architecture.
* Agile framworks and development such as SAFe.
