We offer you You will be part of our o nline team that is responsible for the development and maintenance of the systems we have for our online business . The team is cross-functional and includes resources from our IT partner. One of y our main responsibilities will be to work with the maintenance processe s , incident - problem management and daily operational task such as trouble shooting. In the s ystem a nalyst role, there is also a big focus on managing testing and quality assurance of the development of the platform, integrated applications and systems. You have great understanding of the technical platform and the overall IT landscape.
Your profile We are looking for you who ha ve worked with IT development and maintenance. With experience of test/quality assurance, troubleshooting and incident- problem management. Experience from the retail industry or other business to consumer ecommerce is a merit .
You enjoy having many contact areas, where you are stimulated by working at a high pace with business-critical system solutions. You are creative and happy to find new creative way s.
An academic degree and at least 3 years of experience from working with IT solutions .
The ability to transform business and technical needs into requirements and the ability to communicate these with an IT partner .
Good understanding of system integrations and system development methodology as well as how modern ecommerce web sites and mobile apps work.
Experience from test and quality assurance work and the ability and ambition to always develop way of working to secure quality and efficiency within the process es.
Most importantly, you are passionate about always improve and make it better for the customer at Kappahl and have fun during the journey. You like to work in teams and have good communication skills. Of course, you master Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing.
