We are looking for a System Analyst for BSH Home Appliances in Nykvarn
The System Analyst is responsible for the optimal and correct use of all logistics applications for BSH Home Appliances in Northern Europe. You are the first and second line support and you help users solve operational problems. You answer system-related questions and you train end users in the use of the logistics system. You are involved in testing and implementing the applications with an international team.
Your Skills
• Understanding of supply chain, logistics and distribution functional concepts
• Provide system support and knowledge for data analysis and KPI measurement
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, as well as in-taking change and improvement requests
• Configure, implement and deliver EDI projects for new carrier onboarding and maintaining current carrier network
• Act as a business representative for global IT department to enable efficient delivery of system capabilities that are best for business
• Previous experience in managing projects related to logistics systems implementation, end to end testing, end user training, go live support
• Good understanding of best practices in the area of warehousing and transport operations
• Understanding of process modelling and value stream mapping will be considered as an advantage
• Work with Business and IT to drive operational simplification through improved systems
Your Qualifications
• A University degree in Supply Chain or technology
• Strong MS Office skills - Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Projects, Excel
• 3+ years of SAP experience
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as WM, EWM, SD, MM, and TM
• Good understanding of EDI and other logistics solutions
• Good understanding of transport administration systems such as Consignor, Centiro, etc
• Excellent communication skills in English and preferably in Swedish
