The group 9542, Document and License Management is looking for a skilled System Analyst. The group 9542 is based on product teams where we develop and maintain applications within the document management area. All teams are global with colleagues in Europe, South America and Asia. Appointed products are Orion, Domino, OnDemand, StreamServe, ReadSoft and SharePoint. The group is also responsible for license management and mail. Our customers are both internal AB Volvo and external, and most of them are global.
SYSTEM ANALYST
As a System Analyst you will be the first contact for new requests. You will help the customer to understand requirements and determine how we can provide a suitable solution both from TDM's perspective and the customer perspective. You will work with the customer to agree on more detailed requirements and create a solution proposal for the customer. You will also work with gathering/documenting customer requirements for changes to existing applications.
Other responsibilities are that you may be called upon to assist SU for Document Management with certain investigations/initiatives and you will also actively participate in dialogues surrounding service improvements and short-term and long-term strategies for Solution Unit.

Your profile:
You're a driving force who takes own initiative. You're comfortable working without very strict guidelines and have a willingness to develop new routines together with Product Manager. You're customer focused and it's a bonus if you have knowledge of and experience within document management.
General qualifications and skills:
• Academic qualifications within the relevant field
• Experience of Requirement management
• Experience of complex stakeholder structure
• Strong Communication skills
• Proactive and with a strong drive to continuously
challenge and improve
• Excellent command of spoken and written Swedish and
English
