We offer you
You will be part of our online team responsible for developing and maintaining the systems for our online business. The team is cross-functional and includes resources from our IT partner. One of your main responsibilities will be working with maintenance processes, incident/problem management, and daily operational tasks such as troubleshooting.
In the role of a system analyst, there is also a significant focus on managing testing and quality assurance for the development of the platform, integrated applications, and systems. You have a great understanding of the technical platform and the overall IT landscape.
Your profile
We are looking for someone who has worked with IT development and maintenance, with experience in test/quality assurance, troubleshooting, have basic skills in SQL and incident/problem management. Experience in the retail industry or other business-to-consumer e-commerce is a merit. You enjoy having many contact areas and are stimulated by working at a high pace with business-critical system solutions. You are creative and happy to find new solutions.
- An academic degree or at least 3 years of experience working with IT solutions.
- The ability to transform business and technical needs into requirements and the ability to communicate these with an IT partner.
- Good understanding of systems integrations and system development methodology, as well as how modern e-commerce websites and mobile apps work.
- Experience in test and quality assurance work, with the ability and ambition to always develop ways of working to ensure quality and efficiency within processes.
Most importantly, you are passionate about continually improving and making it better for the customer at Kappahl and having fun during the journey. You like to work in teams and have good communication skills. Of course, you master Swedish and English fluently in both speech and writing.
