We are facing a deluge of data in challenging business environment together with rapid changes in IT systems. With growing complexities of data and IT system changes, we are not able to educate every stakeholder to follow the changes and cannot expect everyone to interpret and turn the complicated data sets into meaningful business information.
Within Volvo Construction Equipment, Commercial Analysis team's mission it to provide a centralized and flexible corporate intelligence solution that meets the rapidly changing business requirements with the capability of delivering meaningful business information from the given resources. This will facilitate the stakeholders to focus more on business related analysis and will support the management team to make a timely decision based on the information provided by the team with consolidated interpretation and recommendation.

Professional Challenge description:
As part of our team (VCE Global Commercial management), System analyst is responsible for......
Link between IT and business (Global Commercial Management representative) by securing on-time communication between IT support team and business users for all reporting system related activities by taking technical lead for user support and continuous improvements
System change request creation/follow-up, perform & support user acceptance tests related to system changes as well as identifying the risks and opportunities
Investigate & find solution meeting business requirements

Competence:
No minimum professional experience required, but require experience of many failures, overcame difficulties and learned from mistakes
Strong numerical skills and database understanding
