What challenges are we offering?

Your main focus will be gathering requirements from the customer and make sure that your team understands what to develop and what to test. Together with our Software Architect you work ahead of the development team evaluating the changes in the software. Even though you will be a part of our IT department we value your sense of understanding the business as you will spend a lot of time out meeting our customers. Stakeholders on different levels with different roles depends on you to effectively translate the business needs into implementable requirements.

Your profile

We think you have a university degree in business or IT, supplemented with experience from working in a similar role. Your problem solving mindset is deeply appreciated by your stakeholders and you enjoy working with both continuous improvements and new projects. . You appreciate collaborating and performing in teams but ignites that go-getter mentality when needed to handle tasks on your own. We believe that your excellent communication skills along with a structured and organised mindset is what makes the difference between good and great deliverables.
