We are looking for a system analyst who can perform a pre-study for a design and implementation project of a service delivery organization in a global environment.
Publiceringsdatum2012-09-12Dina arbetsuppgifterThe purpose of this project is to design and implement one global service delivery organization with the right speed, flexibility and efficiency that contributes to the customers strategy, with well designed and harmonized services, processes and tools, and a strategic mix of in-sourced and out-sourced services.
One of the projects main objectives is to establish adapted and synchronized processes, methods and tools.
The project starts with a pre-study within following tasks to be conducted:
• identify included and excluded processes and tools from all parts of the organization including all process related tools. Make an "as-is" view
• perform an analysis to determine what processes that could be merged and define complexity v/s efforts in making the changes. Quick study different areas to get influences that could be used to find best practice
• re-use what has already been started
• perform a study to identify best process governance approach
• perform an analysis to identifiy all process improvement activities including process related activities that are outside the organization but can have significant impact on the projects success
• make a proposal for next phase in the project. Identify work packages and suggest deliverables.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
• good knowledge in ITIL standards
• experience from enterprise /engineering
• analythical abilities, structured and self driven, senior person who can drive workshops and interviews
• knowledge in Process modelleing, preferably from IT environment
• knowledge in performance and change management.
