hela Sverige Sectra is doing very well and we are growing. We are now looking for an IT System administrator who wants to grow with us. The ideal candidate has worked for a while in general system administration and IT support. We would like for you to be interested to grow within the area of Cyber security, Linux or Microsoft Office365.
The department you will be working within is called OpIT and supports Sectra's internal IT systems and internal IT tools, as well as all of Sectra's quality systems. The department supports Sectra offices in 15 countries, which will give you considerable international experience. Your clients will be Sectra's internal employees, they are mostly engineers and have high demands and tricky errands. You will thus have a good opportunity to learn and become a real expert in your field.
In this position, you will:
Jump-start in our service desk as a 2nd line system administrator, working with support. You will get to know our systems and users to get up to speed with our environment.
Work with the support team to maximize availability in our offices worldwide.
Take care of operations support and maintenance to maximize availability, performance and scalability together with our third-line project staff, focusing on the tasks that fit your profile and expertise.
Monitor services and main security metrics, to reach and maintain a good service level.
Gradually grow into an expert profile within one of our requested areas: cyber security, Linux, Microsoft Office 365.

For this position, the following requirements apply:
Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with an IT profile or strong interest in IT, with a good academic record.
Fluency in English and Swedish.
Swedish citizenship is required due to regulatory demands.
A strong desire to help people and interact to find solutions, even in stressful situations.
Experience from IT operations system administration and eager to learn more to grow in the field and in your position.
You are familiar with the most important IT infrastructure components in both Microsoft and the Linux world, with a pragmatic view on the both worlds.

Speak more languages than those required above.
Have interests besides school/work, such as sports, sports leader, music, horseback riding, singing or flying (if you happen to have pilot's license, you can fly to our customers in our own Sectra airplane) or anything else that makes you stand out from the crowd.
Have stronger academic credentials than required above.
Have experience with other cultures.
Have some experience from IT operations system administration.
Are eager to learn more to grow in your position.
Hold Microsoft certificates and have experience from working with MS services, especially cloud services which is a growing area.
Have some experience from and interest in Linux.
Have some experience from working with security breach investigations and hold IT security certification, such as GCIH, GPEN, OSCP or CISSP.
Are knowledgeable about network monitoring, threat detection and response, SIEM, malware analysis, sandboxing or antimalware solutions.
Have experience from ITIL or other process frameworks for IT service.
